Vetted by our experts
This LA villa is on the edge of Griffith Park, where the city sprawl ends and the hills bearing the famous Hollywood sign and miles of trails begin. If you’re not exploring the Santa Monica mountains, stay home and enjoy your own oasis-like garden where palm fronds rustle above a turquoise swimming pool. Come evening, warm up by the fire pit under the pergola, or with a soak in the built-in spa. Inside, the mahogany kitchen is a dream to cook in, with its brass-finished French cooker and Belfast sink adding a bit of chic. Several seating areas are scattered across the lounge, with squashy leather sofas and a 60s-style stone fireplace for the chillier evenings. The spacious, vaulted bedrooms...
We promise expert-vetted homes, total transparency and exceptional service.

About Los Feliz
Laid back Los Feliz embodies the eclectic, bohemian side of Los Angeles that it can be easy to forget about. Your neighbours here will be a mixture of creatives and young professionals in the entertainment industry escaping the bustle of the rest of the city. At weekends, they’ll relax in artisan coffee shop ‘Bru Coffeebar,’ browse vintage clothes boutiques and stock up on succulents at the excellently curated ‘Potted’ plant...

Catch a show at under the stars. Put together a picnic and grab a bottle of wine to enjoy beforehand in Highland Camrose Park, just next door.

Visit A spice haven at Jitlada Thai
One of LA's best Thai restaurants, consistently delivering wild, fresh flavours. Beware though, the heat can get extreme in some dishes.

Laugh at the Upright Citizens Brigade
Great live comedy nightly. The show Facebook is fun but be warned, crowd participation is big in this one.

Climb the hill in Barnsdall Art Park
A great place for a picnic, and afterwards check out Frank Lloyd Wright's Hollyhock house. Open Thursday through Sunday.

Dive into a book at Skylight
A great book store with a knowledgeable staff. Stay and read a while under the eponymous skylight.

Still swinging at The Dresden
Of Swingers fame, this joint is pure class. Marty and Elayne still perform, so grab a martini and sidle up.

Grab a Coffee and croissant at All Time
This is a nice spot to catch up with a friend, hip but chill. It does great coffee and pastries.

Gaze at artwork pushing boundaries at La Luz de Jesus
This is a post-pop culture, counter-culture art mecca. Often this gallery has cool events and interesting shows on.

Cure a hangover at Ye Rustic
A bit of a dive but the lively scene is fun for all. A full English breakfast can be had on the weekends.

Waste away hours at Soap Plant and Wacko shop
As well as the tarot cards, taxidermied animals, and incredible array of pop culture coffee books, they also have cool exhibits in the gallery.

Stop by the cafe on the corner
A local staple, Mustard Seed serves up good food in a friendly atmosphere. Great place to get work done.

Try some of the Hip brews at Maru Coffee
This coffee shop takes itself a bit seriously but serves up an excellent cup of Joe. Try it yourself and make the call.

Chow down on Austin-style grub at HomeState Tacos
Some of the best tacos in LA, straight from Austin Texas - the brisket is phenomenal. Take them to go and eat them in nearby Barnsdall Art Park.
