Located in the heart of Wimbledon, a short walk from the Village and Lawn Tennis Club, plus a variety of pubs, boutiques and restaurants, this home is conveniently placed. Better still, Wimbledon Tube Station is a ten-minute walk away, connecting you to the sights of Central London with ease. If you'd prefer some quiet time at home, the country-style interiors create a warming living room where you can relax. The kitchen-diner is great for socialising, and there's a separate sitting room with a grand piano. You also have access to a private balcony and a beautifully-kept garden – our favourite place to enjoy a glass of Pimm's or perhaps a helping of strawberries and cream.

It might well be most people's primary association with the area, but the truth is there's so much more to Wimbledon than tennis. With the wilds of the Common, plus verdant Richmond and Wimbledon Parks close by, and the village at the top of the hill, visitors would be forgiven for thinking they'd left London altogether. Central London is actually only 30 minutes away by tube so Wimbledon really does represent the best of both worlds.
