Home truths

The proximity to Arsenal football ground means that it will be quite noisy/busy if you happen to be here on a match day

The shower does not have the best water pressure we've ever testedThe original period windows have been replaced with more modern ones - design junkies might disapprove!

The kitchen is quite basic - those looking for high spec finishings and high-end design should probably look elsewhere

You are not quite in the heart of Islington - it is just over a 10 minute walk to the buzz of Upper Street and the charming streets that come off it

About Islington

Tree-lined terraces of very enviable Georgian townhouses, amazing restaurants, coffeeshops, and gastropubs, it's not hard to see why Islington is so popular with affluent media types. It's very well connected (ten minutes on the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus) and it's got a wonderfully residential feel - almost totally tourist free for some strange reason. Have a roast lunch at the Drapers Arms on a weekend and you'll quickly realise what makes Islington living so sought-after.
