We love the bold colours inside this home with a plump emerald green sofa in the living room contrasting beautifully with the black and white palette that flows from one room to the next. The master bedroom takes glamour to another level with its marble feature wall, pendant lights, luxurious satin sheets and large windows giving way to leafy views, while the bathroom’s sleek black marble walls and rainfall shower make waking up each morning a treat. When you’re not relaxing in your plush pad, head downstairs to the communal lounge where a pool table and a fire pit will instantly make you feel welcome. When you’re ready to explore, the Arc de Triomphe is a five-minute walk away, while the Eiffel Tower is reachable in thirty minutes on foot. The metro is also just a three-minute stroll from your door, to whisk you away to all four corners of the dazzling City of Light.

Outside, it’s a short stroll through the neighbourhood towards the Eiffel Tower, and you’ll find galleries, museums and restaurants within easy walking distance. It’s worth noting this apartment is located on the second floor with no lift access, but once inside you’ll find thoughtfully designed rooms and plenty of space to switch off. There is a sofa bed in the living room for two guests, and the third bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and a hammam – providing the perfect spot to end the day.

Wander the length of that world-famous avenue to see the Arc de Triomphe, window shopping as you go. The French doors facing the street let in plenty of light, and the pastel hues throughout the apartment create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen might not be massive, but there are enough facilities for making quick breakfasts or lunches (and that all-important coffee in the morning). And while there may not be loads of space for your Dior and Louis Vuitton purchases in the bedrooms, they're certainly not cramped. Regardless, the location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and close to the metro.

Avenue Dreaming

A short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the pretty Parc Monceau, this apartment is in a superb spot for shopping, sightseeing, and strolling the city. Inside, it’s practical rather than plush, but has the essentials for an easy stay. That includes a kitchen and space to eat, along with a sofa bed if you want to spread out. For fuss-free comfort in a convenient location, we think it’s a great pick – with a Metro station a few moments away when you want to explore further afield.
