Just a nine-minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station, this delightful apartment sits right in between the elegant neighbourhoods of Farringdon and Clerkenwell. In a professional area where fine dining, shopping, and cocktail bars are in abundance, this home is a perfect base for work and play. After you’re greeted by the friendly concierge, step inside. We love the modern interiors – there’s a certain playfulness with the pops of yellow in the colour scheme, but it stays sophisticated with grey cabinets, pale wood, and touches of glass. The living space is lit up beautifully by huge windows looking onto leafy trees and the vibrant street below. At the dedicated workspace by the window, you can finish up with the nine-to-five and peruse the local restaurants from the comfort of your flat. Head down after you clock off on Friday to savour international cuisine at bustling Exmouth Market, a four-minute walk away. And for the weekend, you’ve got plenty of culture to enjoy. We recommend a trip to the Barbican, just a mile away, for cinema, arts, and one of the finest examples of brutalist architecture that the country has to offer.
