The contemporary finish behind the traditional flint-stone exteriors of this Holt home is a welcome surprise. Formerly the town's meeting hall, the space now houses three en-suite bedrooms across two floors and a light-filled, double-height living space. If we were being picky, the third bedroom feels a little snug compared to the other king-sized bedrooms. Also, there's no outdoor space to speak of. But with Holt's vibrant High Street and Country Park within walking distance and the stunning North Norfolk Coast just a short drive away, it's easy to get out in the great outdoors.

There’s a steep, spiral staircase to access the secondary living area on the mezzanine level, which might not be suitable for small children.
