This apartment is only 100 metres away from the Eiffel Tower – isn't that convenient? With the city's most famous landmark nearby, you'll likely spend your time here sightseeing. But when you're not out and about, this Haussmannian home lets you relax like a true Parisian. From the parquet flooring and crown moulding to the leather-bound books filling the shelves, the design is classically French. Despite the lack of wardrobe space, two of the bedrooms are ideal for children over 6 years old – one has a trundle bed that can be used on request. Off the kitchen, there's even a tiny balcony where you can sip bubbly in the summer sun – doesn't get much better than that.

There's a trundle bed in the third bedroom that can be set up as a double bed on request. Let your host know during booking if you'd like to use it. Since the photoshoot, the second bedroom has been updated with a double bed.
