This Italian farmhouse stands amid 30 hectares of private fields, woodlands, and landscaped gardens. You’ll share this space with nine retired racehorses, who graze freely on the grounds – you can even bring your own horses to share their stables. The home is grand yet tasteful, with curios in every corner – some of the decor has been used in Valentino campaigns. With a shallow fountain pool, an 1800-metre running track, and a vegetable patch the private chefs use for your meals, this home is bound to impress.

Two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the loft suite, which is semi-open to the communal space below.
The shallow fountain pool is open from approximately June-September.
Nine retired racehorses live on the grounds of this home. Guests are welcome to bring their own horses and make use of the stables.
Two suites are on the ground floor. One has been adapted to suit guests with reduced mobility.
This home is staffed with a housekeeper and butler/chef. Three meals a day will be prepared for you. Guests are not allowed to use the barbecue or the kitchen themselves.
The owner lives on the estate.
Bedroom one can be set up with twin beds instead of a king.
