A ten-minute walk from Haggerston Overground Station, this minimalist apartment in north London is a great base for solo travellers or couples. You'll enjoy views across the tree-lined Rosemary Gardens, making it the perfect place for those looking for a tranquil retreat while being within easy reach of the heart of the city. The living space and bedroom open onto a private balcony – while we think it could do with a spruce up, it’s still a fine spot to enjoy a sundowner after a busy day spent exploring.

Extremely well connected transport-wise by the Victoria Line from Highbury and Islington station, it works well as a base to explore both Central London and more villagey areas like Stoke Newington further to the East. You'll be rubbing shoulders with trendy media types and affluent young families and working out how to move here long-term yourself.
