This semi-detached home sits just a short walk from Playa del Río Sequillo, so beach days are definitely on the cards here. You’ll also find shops and restaurants within walking distance, but a car is recommended to hit Marbella. The space is minimal, with lots of natural light and a sociable layout – sangria anyone? You may experience some noise from your neighbours here, though you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy space-wise. The terrace is perfect for dinner and drinks, and the loungers are the ideal spot to soak up the Costa del Sol sunshine.
