Villa The property, also known as WV LBC, is a newly-built, 7+1-bedroom villa located above the beach area of St. Jean, offering stunning ocean and sunset views. After being destroyed by hurricane Irma, the villa has been completely rebuilt from the ground up while maintaining its colonial style. Inside, guests will find modern amenities and comfort. The main level features a spacious living room with a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen and an island. Preserving the colonial charm, some West-Indies furniture has been incorporated into the design. A Sonos sound system and a large TV with Netflix and U.S. satellite are available for entertainment. The covered terrace in front of the main room provides cooling breezes and breathtaking views. The villa offers multiple master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, dressing rooms, and beautiful views. Additional guest rooms are perfect for children or other guests. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs featuring Netflix and U.S. satellite channels. Housekeeping is provided six days a week, making this villa ideal for large families or couples vacationing together.
