Introducing WV LMM, a stunning beachfront villa in Flamands. This fully renovated 6+1-bedroom property offers a unique configuration, combining three old St. Barts houses. Located just above the sand, this villa provides direct beach access and is a short walk from the renowned Cheval Blanc hotel and local restaurant "La Langouste". Ideal for groups and families, WV LMM offers privacy and breathtaking ocean views. The villa features four master suites with separate seating areas, while the kitchen serves as the main indoor gathering space. Outside, guests can relax on the covered terrace or by the large heated pool surrounded by a generous sundeck. The upper level also boasts an additional sundeck. Each of the four master suites offers different layouts and stunning ocean views, with two suites on the main level and two above. Two guest rooms are located behind the kitchen, each with an ensuite bathroom. The seventh bedroom is suitable for teenagers or staff. All bedrooms come with U.S. king-sized beds and modern amenities like U.S. and French satellite TV and Apple TV. Please note that due to its unique location, large rental cars are not recommended. House cleaning services are provided daily.
