This charming 2-bedroom villa is located in Flamands, just minutes away from the beach. The unique oval shape of the property gives it a distinctive character. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The modern kitchen, separated by an island, overlooks a dining table set in the middle of the space and a pool. A cozy seating area with a large screen TV completes the main living area. Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a European king-size bed, dressing area, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. Both bedrooms also have outdoor terraces that offer stunning views. The villa boasts a small infinity pool that extends into the living room, surrounded by deck areas with loungers for relaxation. With ample sun and refreshing breezes, this is the perfect spot to unwind. Please note that due to its location on a steep road, it is highly recommended to have a 4x4 vehicle. The villa also offers amenities such as U.S. satellite TV and WiFi. House cleaning services are provided six days a week. During Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
