There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb a set of external stairs to reach the entrance of this home. The home is also spread over two floors with stairs up to the bedroom.
The communal terrace is shared with the residents of the neighbouring apartment.
Barbecues are not permitted on the terrace due to the wooden decking.
The super-king-size bed can be set up as twin single beds upon request.
