This petite studio apartment makes for a convenient base in Madrid. It’s not the most soulful of homes, but for a clean and comfortable place to rest your head in between seeing the city sights, we think it’s a good option. Two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space, which means privacy and room are both limited – if you’re hoping to spread out, we think this home is better suited to a maximum of two guests. There’s a cosy balcony for sundowners, and you’ll also be conveniently close to Nueva Numancia metro station, which makes exploring the city as easy as can be.

There’s free parking at this home, though parking can be tricky in Madrid. We recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport. This home is just a short walk from Nueva Numancia station.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living space. As this is a studio apartment, privacy is lacking. There are only two seats at the breakfast bar.
