The long stretch of sand at Comporta’s beach is a short stroll away and the centre of town a leisurely two-kilometre walk for bars, restaurants and shops. Surrounded by rice fields, this home feels secluded – perfect for lazy days by the poolside or bagging one of several shaded lounges for a quiet read. The slightly erratic decor won’t be to everyone’s taste, but the interior certainly embraces rustic charm in the living room, dining room and slightly petit kitchen. For those working remotely, each bedroom has a dedicated laptop desk.
