You'll have plenty of outdoor leisure options with access to the Esopus Creek for kayaking, fishing and swimming from this 300-year-old home's 6 acres of land. If wild swimming is not your thing, have a dip in the saltwater pool and take in the panoramic view of the Catskills. There's a sauna on the grounds, as well as several barns – one has been converted into an entertaining space, perfect for small weddings and events. Inside, there's character aplenty – we love the enormous working fireplace in the kitchen. Speaking of kitchens, your host here runs a small handcrafted chocolate business from a separate entrance to the main house's basement. They may need access during your stay, but this shouldn't compromise your privacy.
