Anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of the Catskills will love this home. Surrounded by woodland with 7 acres of private land to explore, this is the perfect opportunity to switch off and savour quality time together. Outside, you can admire the views while soaking in the hot tub or swimming in the pool (open seasonally). Inside, you’ll find plenty of lounging space along with a Sonos sound system, games and movies – ensuring plenty of entertainment options. You will need to bring your own essentials, but it’s just a short drive to the nearest amenities in Grahamsville.

Due to this home's location, you will need a car to get around. During the winter months, a four-wheel drive is recommended to handle the snow and gravel roads.
This home also includes an independent guest house in the garden with one bedroom and one bathroom – please note the guest house is closed during the winter season from November to March.
The swimming pool is heated during the summer months and is only available for use from May to September.
Please note there is a brook running alongside the house. Children will need to be supervised outside at all times.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you here.
