Secluded in the French countryside, this beautifully restored villa is the perfect getaway for large groups. The traditional Provencal interior brings no shortage of space and comfort and the villa stands on 650 acres of land, giving way to olive groves and fruit trees as far as the eye can see. Eight bedrooms are within the main house, and a further three are situated in the separate cottage, known as the 'Bergerie', where you'll also find a separate kitchen - great for inter-generational groups or those wanting more privacy from the main house. The kids will love the private pool, and grown-ups can take advantage of the poolhouse seating whilst supervising. Location-wise, you can venture to the coast on a day trip or visit the medieval Carcassonne, only a fifteen-minute drive away.

Home truths
Eight bedrooms are within the main house, and a further three are in a separate cottage on-site. The cottage also has its own kitchen.
There are stairs to climb in the main house, but the cottage is entirely on the ground floor.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
Although the swimming pool isn't fenced, there is a pool alarm for safety. Children should still be supervised at all times.
You'll have access to all areas of the home, apart from some locked cupboards and drawers.
