This elevated pad is a true home for all seasons. In summer, enjoy family barbecues on the terrace and soak up the sun from the outdoor hot tub. We love the sweeping views over the estuary creeks. And in winter, hunker down beside the log burner, whip up cocktails at the bar, and host movie nights together in the cosy cinema shack. It's comfortable for six guests, but keep in mind that the third bedroom is only suitable for younger children. When you do venture out, you're only a short drive from Salcombe town and some of the area’s best sandy beaches.

About Salcombe

Anyone who considered buying a property in Salcombe in the ‘80s and changed their mind will be rueing their decision. The town seems to go from strength to strength and strength again, in both popularity and price point. Today’s residents are a well-heeled bunch, and in the summer months, you’ll find an equally upscale visiting crowd. Within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Salcombe is arguably the prettiest...
