You won't be short of things to do with a stay at this South Devon cottage set on a country estate. Expect a shared indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis court, a kid's playground, and so the list goes on. If you don't feel like being sociable, there's a private courtyard back at home for summer months and a wood-burning fire to hunker down beside in winter. Set in a small, secluded valley, you'll need a car to get out and about here. But we don't think you'll mind, with South Hams and Bantham Beach both just a short drive away.

Home truths
There is private parking for two cars within the grounds.
While you’ll share the wider grounds, swimming pool and fitness facilities of the estate, the cottage has a private outside terrace area. This is accessed via a flight of stairs outside the front door of the home.
A cot and high chair are available for little ones on request.
The third bedroom has bunk beds which are only suitable for children.
There is a stream accessed through a gate within the wider grounds. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Please note that the gym is for use of over 18s only and is closed after 5pm.
