This tiny home is perfect for those seeking a quirky base for exploring southern Utah. It’s in the small town of Apple Valley, a quiet spot with no light pollution, close to Zion National Park. There are excellent hiking, biking, and ATV trails nearby – this tranquil setting offers an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. You won’t be out in the wilderness, though, as this home sits on a 5-acre estate with other tiny homes. Little ones can play in the playground while grown-ups cook on the barbecue ahead of an evening of stargazing from the rooftop terrace.

Home truths
This home is part of a resort with several other tiny homes on the 5-acre property. Some guests felt that the homes were a bit too close together.
There are two parking spaces here. There’s an EV charger, too.
There are ladders and stairs to climb to reach the loft sleeping spaces, so this home may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
The loft sleeping spaces have low ceilings and limited space.
The water in the homes has a sulphur taste and smell, so it's recommended that you bring your own drinking water.
