Perched between downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and the beaches, all the city’s hotspots are just a short drive from this smart waterfront development overlooking the Creek Reserve. There are plenty of reasons to linger back at the apartment, too, with some top-notch communal facilities. Think outdoor swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, playgrounds, communal gardens, and retail outlets to pick up essentials. While the apartment’s interiors are pretty unremarkable, it’s all well-cared for, and the balcony leading off the living space and bedroom is a nice touch to toast the day's end.
