This Downtown Statesboro loft apartment delivers on style, space and location. Just a short walk from the buzzy restaurants and bars and leafy parks, it’s perfectly placed for soaking up the southern charm of the neighbourhood. Ideal for a multi-generational family stay or a group of friends, the king-sized bedrooms are spread across two levels, offering everyone a little extra privacy. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms has an internal window, so natural light is limited. While it’s great for a restful night’s sleep, it might not suit everyone. But for a home that ticks so many other boxes, it’s a worthy compromise to make, we think.
