This petite apartment is tucked away in a leafy private courtyard at the foot of Butte Montmartre. It’s on the ground floor and looks out onto the tree-lined courtyard, where you can sip your morning coffee and plan your day. The apartment is spread over two floors, but space and privacy are still limited, and you’ll struggle to prepare feasts in the tiny kitchenette. Luckily, you have Montmartre’s restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops on your doorstep. For exploration further afield, hop on the metro at Lamarck-Caulaincourt.

Home truths

There are stairs to climb at this home, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the small dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.

We think the kitchenette is better suited to preparing light bites, rather than full meals. You’ll have your pick of Montmartre’s eateries on your doorstep though.

The bedroom is at mezzanine level above the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Privacy is limited.

The Sacre Coeur Basilica is a bit of a pilgrimage site for tourists and we're pretty sure you won't be disappointed by the expansive view across the city which...
