Perched on the bustling Passeig de Gràcia, this apartment is just across the street from Gaudí's famous Casa Battló. You're so close that you can spot the fantastical architecture from the balcony – there may be nowhere to sit, but you can't beat the views. The home consists of two separate apartments connected by a hallway. That means you'll have two kitchens, two living areas, and double the amount of space. Factor in the central location – this pad is within walking distance of many landmarks, shops, and restaurants – and you can see why it caught our eye.

Home truths
This home consists of two separate apartments connected by a middle hall. Each apartment has its own kitchen and living area, so guests will have double the space.
One bedroom has two single beds plus a single sofa bed for the ninth guest. We think this room is best for children, though the single beds may be pushed together.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair upon request.
The balcony has a great view of the street and Casa Batlló. However, it's very tiny and doesn't offer anywhere to sit.
A car isn't needed in this location. Passeig de Gràcia Underground is moments away, and many landmarks are reachable on foot. There's also a taxi rank outside the building.
