Barefoot luxury awaits at this Sicilian coastal home, set right along Trappeto Beach's sands and just a 300-metre stroll from the seaside town's bustling centre. The only thing this place hasn't got going for it is a private swimming pool. But with the turquoise sea to jump right in and a private outdoor Jacuzzi to toast the day's end, we don't think you'll mind. If we were being picky, the living space inside feels a little compact and lacklustre. But those vast alfresco terraces more than make up for that.
