In a striking Georgian building in the centre of Plymouth, this apartment has you covered for seaside breaks. It’s a short stroll to the harbour to spot the leisure boats and dine at the classy seafood restaurants. Plus, shops, cafes and bars are all within walking distance. The Georgian touches – corniced ceilings and big, bright windows – shine through in the big living room. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering and bedrooms can be set up in a variety of different formats for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Home truths
The outdoor terrace is shared with other apartments in the building and it is not the most inspiring space.
At capacity, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the living room. One of the beds is a single that pulls out to a double and the king-size bed can be set as twins instead.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to bring your own linen for the cot.
Quiet hours are in effect between 10pm and 8am.
While your host welcomes pets, they ask that dogs be kept off the furniture.
There is no private parking with this apartment, but there is on-street parking available nearby which is free between 3pm and 8am.
