Here, you'll be within walking distance of Dubai Creek Beach and only a short drive from Downtown Dubai. On top of that, you'll have access to the building's excellent shared facilities, including a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a barbecue terrace. Inside, the home itself is stylish and practical, with a spacious balcony which serves as a calming spot to unwind after a busy of sightseeing. Just note that construction work is being carried out across from the balcony, so some noise should be expected.
