Nestled in the leafy Primrose Hill part of London, this minimalist apartment makes for a cosy spot to head to after a day of exploring. The home is functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen and washing machine – though you need to climb stairs to reach its first-floor entrance. The highlight for us here was the balcony – while it's not the most comfortable, it's a nice spot for a drink. When it's time to explore, you'll find Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Oxford Street and more nearby, as well as Chalk Farm tube station.

This home is on the first floor and there's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
The balcony terrace's furniture isn't the most comfortable. We think it's only suitable for coffee breaks.
