In June 2022, The Aegean Retreat underwent a complete renovation and is now ready to welcome guests. Perched on a hillside with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Rineia and Tinos, this 150sqm modern Cycladic house boasts four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a spacious balcony, and an outdoor lounge patio spanning 80 sqm. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide light cleaning service every two days and bathroom amenities, fresh linen, towels, and bathrobes. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, 55" Smart 4KTV with satellite and Netflix, YouTube, safety boxes in all bedrooms, hairdryers, washing machine, and a dishwasher. Currently, the private swimming pool is under construction and will be available for the summer season of 2023. The villa features a beautiful garden patio where guests can relax and enjoy the most amazing sea and sunset views in Mykonos. The upper level of the villa houses the dining and lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking sea and sunset views. The loft comprises a bedroom with two single beds, while the ground level features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor patio garden with sun loungers. As a guest at The Aegean Retreat, you will have access to 24-hour concierge service. The villa is conveniently located within driving distance of several beautiful beaches and popular Mykonos attractions, including Ornos, Agios Ioannis, Megali Ammos, Psarou, Platys Gyalos, Paragka, Paradise beach, Ftelia, and Panormos beach. The villa is 8km (20 min) from the port and 5.7km (15 min) from the airport.
