This apartment caught our attention for its proximity to popular Jávea – the town’s historic centre is just a two-minute stroll away. And with shops, bars, restaurants, and beaches all within easy walking distance, there’s no need to hire a car. While the home won’t win any design prizes, it’s got everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a sofa bed to accommodate guests five and six. Our favourite feature here is the balcony boasting sea views – you can even see as far as Ibiza on a clear day. It’s a great spot for watching the sunset behind the mountains with a glass of sangria in hand.

While the kitchen isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. This is best suited to children.
A pull-out mattress stored underneath the bunk bed can sleep one guest, although floor space is limited so it would be a tight fit.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
