Nestled in the heart of Miami's vibrant Design District, this bright apartment offers a truly memorable stay. Designer furnishings and an open-concept layout create a comfortable and elevated living space. The large private balcony boasts breathtaking views of the Miami skyline and has plenty of seating to dine and relax. You'll also have access to resort-style shared amenities on the sixth floor, including a state-of-the-art gym, a lounge area for work or relaxation, and a refreshing pool with cabanas overlooking Biscayne Bay. Wynwood and Midtown are a stroll away, filled with shops, restaurants, and galleries. You can also take a short drive to Miami Beach, or even rent a Citi Bike from right outside the building. At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the king-size sofa bed in the living room. It's a small trade-off for an unforgettable stay in Miami’s most vibrant neighbourhood.
