In the heart of Plymouth, this apartment is a hassle-free base ideal for couples and families. While the minimalist design won't appeal to everyone, it's well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Remote workers will appreciate the desk, and though the second bedroom is pretty snug, we think it works well for little ones. Two guests can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, but space will be tight. Pets are welcome to tag along for a small fee, too. Location-wise, the city centre, harbour, and Plymouth University are all within walking distance. You'll need a car to hit the local beaches, but they're only a short drive away.

Home truths
At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. If you'd like ample space for socialising, we'd suggest a maximum guest count of four.
The twin bedroom is snug and short on storage space. We think it's best suited to children.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed here.
Given the central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
A car isn't essential in this area, but if you do plan to drive, please contact your host to discuss parking options. They may be able to arrange a permit for on-street parking in front of the home. You can also park for free at a public car park on Lanhydrock Road – it's a four-minute walk away.
