Exposed brick, bold artwork, and vibrant location – this pad ticks all the boxes for a buzzing stay in East London. It's not the biggest, but we think the space is well-suited to solo travellers and couples. The table doubles as a workspace if you're in town on business. And, even if the views aren't the greatest, the small balcony provides a nice spot to relax in the sunshine. But the best part is the neighbourhood. Bethnal Green is one of the city's coolest postcodes, and hip restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops surround you. The nearest bus stop is right outside and a Tube station is nearby – perfect for exploring more of the city.

The bed consists of two single mattresses pushed together.
This is a central spot, so noise is to be expected.
You may need to climb stairs to reach the entrance to this first-floor apartment.
The bus stop is right outside the building. When the shades aren’t drawn, it's somewhat overlooked by passengers on the double-decker bus. It doesn't feel completely private.
While there isn't air conditioning here, your host provides portable fans.
The balcony is small and overlooks the roof of the building. It’s not the most inspiring view.
If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
