This home is just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Royal Leamington Spa, famous for its Regency architecture, parks, and historic spa origins. While it is technically a studio apartment – with a double bed in a sleeping area off the living space – it also has a separate single bedroom, making it ideal for a small family. We love the interesting decor here – especially the pineapple chandelier. It may not be the biggest of spaces, but it has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

The only bathroom here is an en-suite off the sleeping area – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
The single bedroom is quite small with limited storage space. We think this room is best suited to a child.
