This apartment, just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Leamington Spa, makes an ideal pad for work or play. Hop inside, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a bright welcome, while the modern design is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to settle in, including a well-equipped kitchen with an open-plan design where everyone can gather. Two people will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space here, and we think because of this, it’s better suited to just three. Keen to explore? At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Though there's enough bed space for five people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of three.
The second bedroom is very narrow with limited storage space. However, it has everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep.
There’s free private parking for up to one car, with additional on-street parking for additional cars.
