The backyard is shared and only partially fenced. There's no direct access to the garden from the home – you'll have to go out the front door and walk around.
While lovingly renovated, this home retains quirks of older properties, such as creaky flooring and small signs of wear and tear.
There isn't a proper dining table here – only a breakfast bar with two stools. At full capacity, two people will have to eat on the sofa or use the coffee table.
Parking is available behind the home on a shared parking pad, with further spaces on the street.
