Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This apartment is located in the Usera district, on the banks of the River Manzanares. It’s a vibrant neighbourhood known as Madrid’s Chinatown, and attractions in the area include Madrid Río Park and the Matadero Museum. We love the use of bold patterns and colour in this home, giving it character (this may not appeal if you prefer a more neutral scheme, though). There’s a well-equipped kitchen for cooking some tapas – however, taller guests might struggle with the low-set oven. Also, two people will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space at full capacity, making getting to the kitchen from one of the bedrooms a bit tricky.

About Atocha
When thinking of Atocha, the mammoth train station immediately comes to mind. While it’s a transport hub connecting Madrid to all others parts of Spain, its appeal lies in more than just logistics. The station itself is full of restaurants (some are the best in the area), and the sprawling streets around it will slowly lead to some of the best museums in town. Staying here will place you within walking distance of Prado, The Reina Sofia Museum, and Retiro Park.
