Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This apartment is situated in the Argüelles neighbourhood. It has easy access to the Gran Vía, Plaza de España and Parque del Oeste, as well as an array of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is also close to some of Madrid’s best-known universities. If you are here for work or just want to catch up on emails while away, this home has a few desks, too. Varying ceiling heights add character, but mind you don’t bump your head if you’re tall. We must also mention that two people will be sleeping in the living room on a sofa bed at full capacity. Thankfully, this room is quite spacious though, so it shouldn’t make the space too cramped.
