Located on the banks of the River Manzanares, this apartment in the Usera district is just metres away from Legazpi Metro station. Attractions in the area include Madrid Río Park and the Matadero Museum. This neighbourhood is also known as Madrid’s Chinatown and is as vibrant as the apartment itself. On a practical level, yes, the kitchen is small, and there’s no oven, but there is a hob and microwave for cooking simple tapas dishes. You should also note that guests five and six will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, there’s only one bathroom for six people at full capacity – please form an orderly queue.
