Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Soak up the Madrid sun on this home’s spacious private roof terrace – the perfect spot for alfresco tapas, followed by a glass (or two) of wine after dinner on the outdoor sofa. Inside, we love the vibrant colours, very Madrilenian. If you’re tall, you’ll need to mind your head, as both bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Also, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space at full capacity. There’s a fully equipped kitchen here if you want to eat in, but a few restaurants are within walking distance, too. This home is a bit further out from the city centre, but the Cartagena Madrid Metro station is only 170 metres away.

Local guide
About Salamanca
Salamanca is Madrid’s most glamorous and prestigious quarter. Usually associated with aristocratic façades, wide avenues, and luxurious living (atypical for Madrid’s cosy centre), the neighbourhood attracts domestic and international elite. It’s also home to many embassies and private schools, as well as niche museums and designer boutiques along its ‘Golden Mile’. The demanding clientele has made the food scene equally exclusive, but while you’re likely to find quite a few Michelin-star restaurants in the area, there are lots of relaxed tapas bars for those less willing to splash the cash.
