Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
We love this home’s location in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Chueca, with the Gran Vía and Plaza de Cibeles both within walking distance. There’s an array of bars and restaurants on your doorstep, too. If you don’t fancy dining out, rustle up some tapas in this apartment’s compact but well-equipped kitchen. A spiral staircase leads directly into the bedroom from the living space. If you’re a group of four, there's a slight lack of privacy here, as two people will be sleeping on a sofa bed. Also, the air conditioning is in the living room only. On the plus side, though, this is a light and airy apartment with a wonderful address, and if you need to work from home there’s a desk here.

Pelayo Street is teeming with restaurants, cocktail bars and boutiques, while Plaza de Chueca is the go-to meeting...
