Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Situated in the district of La Guindalera, the area has a range of shops, restaurants, and cafés. Or browse the vibrant market, then have a stroll around Eva Perón Park. This home is a bit further out from the city centre, but the Madrid Metro stop at Parque de las Avenidas is a short walk away. There's a modern kitchen in the open-plan living space if you prefer to stay in and cook some tapas. If you're a group of four, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed. If you don't want to compromise on socialising space, this home is more suitable for two people, we'd say.
