If you're looking to stay in a cosmopolitan neighbourhood, then take a look at this apartment's location in Chueca. It's close to Gran Vía and Plaza de Cibeles, so shopaholics and culture lovers are well catered for. Maybe don't bring loads of shopping bags back, though, as this home is fairly compact. We'd also recommend not having too many tintos de verano before climbing the stairs (there's no handrail), and if you're tall, mind your head, as the bedroom and bathroom ceilings are low. Also, at full capacity, two people will be on a sofa bed in the living space, which is open to the mezzanine bedroom, so there's not much privacy. But, all in all, this a great city pad.
