Modern and inviting, this apartment in lively La Latina is an excellent choice of base for those wanting to be in the thick of things. La Latina is a hive of narrow streets lined with tapas bars and restaurants – it’s one of Madrid’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. You’ll be within easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor and Almudena Cathedral, and there are excellent metro links if you want to give your feet a break. The apartment has a petite balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for a morning coffee while perusing a guidebook. There’s not enough room on the balcony for all eight of you at once, though.
