Immersed in the colours and scents of Mediterranean scrub in the hamlet of Monticanaglia, a few kilometres from Arzachena, the Gallura town around which the Costa Smeralda arose, Villa Lu Muntiggiu is an example of architecture in perfect Costa Smeralda style, with soft lines in white granite, in harmony with the surrounding territory. Built in the late '90s, it stands on a slight slope surrounded by granite mountains and lush valleys covered in oaks, holm oaks and Mediterranean scrub. The main floor has openings to the outside, thanks to the large windows which, together with the light chrome plating of the furnishings, enhance the natural brightness. Welcoming the guests is an elegant living room, with wood-burning fireplace, from where they can admire the wonderful park that surrounds the house, three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a beautiful kitchen with peninsula, directly connected to the outdoor living area with pergola, with a large wooden table and a splendid stone barbecue.
