The abundance of glass at this contemporary villa means you can soak up the Nerang River views from practically every seat in the house – but why stay indoors when you can unwind on the large patio? Soak up the sun from the pool or settle down in the shady lounge area – and don't forget to bring along supplies for a barbecue. The private jetty makes it easy to explore the Gold Coast by boat, but homebodies will be perfectly content to hang out at the pool table or in the home cinema. Of course, no trip to the Gold Coast would be complete without a beach day – it's just a twenty-minute walk to the iconic seafront.

Adult guests at this home must be at least 28 years old.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
Bedrooms three, four and five can be arranged as kings or twin beds on request.
The bunk beds in bedroom two are single-over-doubles, sleeping three children each. These beds are not suitable for adults.
While not all the bathrooms have been photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
Bedrooms three and four share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
This home is near other residences, and your host requests that guests retire to indoor spaces before 9pm each night.
Please note that you must provide notice if you want to use the boat access.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
