This contemporary villa on the Greek island of Rhodes is a blissful spot for a holiday in the sun. The thing we love most here is how much space it has, from the garden and pool (long enough for a proper swim) to the generously sized living area. There’s a second lounge on the first floor too, along with a small kitchenette, giving big groups more room to relax. And the location is a winner with us – just a short drive into Rhodes city and close to a string of sunny beaches. Idyllic island getaway? Right this way.

This home has an additional living space on the first floor with gym equipment, a small kitchenette, and a sofa bed. While the sofa bed can accommodate one additional guest, the maximum occupancy is ten guests.
The twin beds in two of the bedrooms are set up as double beds. Speak to your host if you'd prefer two single beds.
While this home does have a lift, you'll need to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home. There are also steps between the pool area and garden.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and safety gates for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available on the driveway.

About Ixia
A cosmopolitan resort near the town of Rhodes, Ixia offers fantastic sea views looking out towards Turkey. The beach, a mix of pebbles and sand, is a great spot for watersports, including kite surfing and jet skiing. There’s entertainment both on and off the beach here, with the town offering a range of great eateries and bars dotted along the promenade. Ixia is also close enough to Rhodes that you can hop in a cab for a day-trip or an evening out.
