With a bustling harbour and beach (albeit artificial) on your doorstep, it's no surprise the newly developed Creek Beach is a residential hotspot. As expected for Dubai standards, the apartment's shared swimming pool and gym are gold standard, and the home's interiors are as sleek as they come. It's worth noting that the kitchen area is pocket-sized, but with restaurants down at the chi-chi harbour (within walking distance), we suspect you'll be eating out instead. Or head for the bright lights of downtown – it's just a short metro ride or drive away.
